Biography

 

Li Qi, male, Manchu nationality, born in February 1972, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has a master degree and a PhD in law. He is a member of the leading Party members group of Dalian municipal government, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Administrative Committee of Dalian Taiping Bay Cooperative Innovation Zone.

 

The positions previously held by Li include deputy director of Dalian Free Trade Zone Market Development Bureau, director of Dalian Free Trade Zone Market Development Bureau, director of the Second Bureau of Investment Promotion in Dalian Free Trade Zone, director of Dalian Automobile Industry Park Management Committee, deputy director of Dalian Chronicle Office, party secretary and director of the Party History Research Office of Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (Dalian Local Chronicles Office), deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Dalian Changxing Island Economic Zone, party secretary and director of the Port Office of Dalian Municipal People's Government. Li has acted as a member of the leading Party members group of Dalian municipal government, party secretary and director of the Administrative Committee of Dalian Taiping Bay Cooperative Innovation Zone since August 2020.
