On October 14^th, the first basketball league match of municipal authorities sponsored by Municipal Organs Basketball Association kicked off at the Dalian Citizen Fitness Center. There are 11 teams and 138 athletes participating in the competition.

The competition is divided into two stages. The first stage is the single round robin matches, with 11 teams divided into two groups, each group's top 4 teams entering the second stage - Knockout. In the knockout match, the two teams will be eliminated by a single match, and finally the champion team will be selected according to the schedule. The match will end on December 29^th.
