A couple of days ago, the launch ceremony of demonstration plot projects of grass roots autonomy of Dengfeng Street,Lushunkou District of China family planning association  was held in Dengheng Street.

Dengfeng Street, Lushunkou District adopted an operation mode of democratic participation, decision-making and management, in which “the small autonomy group” of grass roots autonomy of family planning can promote the “the big autonomy group” of the entire community for the purpose of mobilizing the masses to jointly participate in the community management and street public affairs, addressing the tough issue of family planning management and boosting the sustainable development of family planning cause. In recent years, Dengfeng Street has perseveringly stuck to the following aspects with respective purposes: firstly , stick to the combination of grass roots autonomy and the comprehensive reform of family planning so as  to improve family planning service; secondly, stick to the combination of grass roots autonomy and creating happy-family activities so as to promote the family developing abilities; thirdly, stick to the combination of grass roots autonomy and activities of bringing the new custom of marriage and childbearing into thousands of household so as to elevate the influence of civilized advocacy; fourthly, stick to the combination of grass roots autonomy and childbirth care so as to improve the masses’ enthusiasm for participation; fifthly, stick to the combination of grass roots autonomy and prenatal and postnatal care so as to increase family happiness index. With all these efforts, the family planning association realized steady and sound development.
