On March 22, the Bus Group convened a conference at the meeting room of 18th floor, declaring to issue the Dalian Public Passenger Transportation Group Co., Ltd. Ticket Auditing Management Temporary Regulation. Present at the conference were operating managers, directors and field officers of each branch company as well as section chiefs of the passenger station.
At the conference, Li Shijun, head of the Service Management Department Inspection Brigade of the Group read out the Dalian Public Passenger Transportation Group Co., Ltd. Ticket Auditing Management Temporary Regulation and delivered the unified reporting form. Dong Dapeng, vice minister of the Service Management required each unit to strictly obey the regulations, completely eradicate such behaviors as beating, scolding and robbing and report specific problems in time so as to ensure that the ticket inspecting work goes smoothly. Whereafter, Ding Mingjun reported the service inspecting results of January and February. Through the analysis of two ways of inspection on buses and monitoring inspection, it can be seen that some phenomena existed including drivers of some lines chatting and playing phones during the work time and buses of some lines with broken SD cards. For the problems detected, service management department ordered corresponding branch companies to carry out rectification at once, conducted the back-to-check and seriously handled the unqualified units. At last, Liu Zunyin, minister of service management department emphasized that each unit should strengthen the supervision and inspection on service work, further clarify the division of responsibilities and make sure the timely communication and coordination. The conference also listened to the return visiting report of customer service center.
