Jinpu New Area and Wujiang Economic Development Zone sign talent cooperation agreements

At the autumn job fair of Liaoning • Jiangsu talent cooperation, Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Jinpu New Area and Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Wujiang Economic Development Zone signed the framework agreements on strategic talent cooperation in accordance with requirements of Cooperation Plan of Liaoning and Jiangsu to fully take the advantages of respective talent recourses and boost the construction of talent team.


According to the agreement, both sides will conduct multiple-tier cooperation, including talent communication system, talent shared information system, talent database system, large-scale and professional talent service and regional talent support so as to promote regional talent and intelligence standard.


Carrying out cooperation between two sides is an important new-round action implemented by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to realize the revitalization of the northeastern China. There, talent cooperation is an important part of provincial cooperation. The job fairs were co-hosted by Organization Department of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Liaoning and Liaoning Job and Talent Service Bureau on November 4 and 5 in Nanjing, Jiangsu and Suzhou, Jiangsu respectively. The fairs aimed to attract fresh and non-fresh graduates of colleges and universities in Jiangsu as well as high-level talents to work in Liaoning. 88 enterprises and entities attended the fairs, providing 1267 jobs. 10 enterprises coming from Dalian provided more than 60 positions more than 200 job vacancies, including pharmacy, chemical engineering, finance and banking, law and mathematical statistics. 45 people signed job contracts at the fairs.


During the fairs, Innobio Limited, Kingchem Dalian Chemical Co. and Dalian University attracted most attention. Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Jinpu New Area introduced local policies and environment. The statistics show that, among the 45 job contracts, 32% of them involved in Jinpu New Area. At the same time, the enterprises entered Nanjing University and China Medicine University to talk with students face to face. During the communication with Department of Employment of China Medicine University and their graduates being eager to working in Dalian, Jinpu New area attracted them with industrial advantages on medicine. At last, more than 10 graduates signed job contracts.
