In order to meet the housing security needs of low and middle income families, Lushunkou District took effective measures, such as subsidizing the people who live in low-rent house and allocating public rental housing, gradually expanding the scope of housing security.
In addition to the guarantee for the existing low-income families and non-housing tenants, the scope of protection will be extended to new employee. In 2017, Lushunkou District has 508 recipients, including the people living in substandard housing and new employee. The recipients have been included in the scope of housing security through the level-by-level review. 41 guarantee recipients have been disqualified from the scope of guarantee due to mismatch condition, thus the district realized the orderly dynamic management mechanism.
