Ganjingzi Market Supervision Administration has with all efforts conducted a special inspection on abandoned mines and surrounding coal business units in Ganjingzi district to review environmental inspection work, strengthen management and supervision of surrounding coal business units, and investigate and deal with such illegal actions as unlicensed business activities and operations out of scope. During the one-month inspection, two unlicensed businesses have been suspended and one business with out-of-scope operation ordered for rectification within time limit.
The inspection focuses on unlicensed business activities and operations out of scope. Unlicensed business activities would be resolutely banned once discovered. If businesses fail to stop operating, streets and community committee will coordinate to investigate and punish the renters in accordance with the regulation on unlicensed business entities providing production and operation sites, transportation and storage and order them to terminate lease contract. For operations out of scope, the administration issued a notice of rectification on the spot and urged them to rectify relevant problems within time limit. For businesses refusing or hindering inspection, street, public security and environmental protection department will take joint actions to investigate illegal cases according to law and transfer them to judicial authority if they constitute a crime.
Taking the chance of the inspection, Ganjingzi Market Supervision Administration also conducted all-round investigation, improved management standing book, and strengthened cooperation and communication among streets and departments, thus realizing comprehensive information sharing and establishing a long-term mechanism for the management of coal business units.
