One the afternoon of September 13, Ganjingzi District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau carried out the Party committee central group (enlarged) meeting. The meeting motivated leaders at and above middle level to study the spirit of the topic with the theme of “studying speeches and following the sample of Shanghai with opening mind and practical actions”. Leaders should be practical and deploy the learning and discussion campaign.
The Bureau will carry out the learning and discussion campaign based on the speech delivered on the motivation meeting. Leaders will further explain the importance of the campaign at a sublime political attitude and study President Xi Jinping’s important speeches on employment, insurance, talent and harmonious labor relationship since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and on relevant policies, regulations and documents established by China. All Party branches will follow the sample of Shanghai in accordance with tasks of Ganjingzi District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau’s Plan on Carrying Out “Studying Speeches and Following the Sample of Shanghai with Opening Mind and Practical Actions”. According to Xi’s speeches, district committee and government’s requests and realities, the campaign will be carried out in 9 aspects, including transferring mind, introducing talents and improving people’s livelihood.
The bureau will focus on demands of enterprises based on talent service functions. Leaders will take the “swan goose association” as an opportunity and give full play to its leading role. As for bottlenecks of talents’ development, they will speed up their working mode to assist enterprises in introducing high-precision and urgent-need talents. Meanwhile, the bureau will take enterprises’ suggestions so that there are more political benefits to share. They will overcome the shortage of talent services and give full play to the role of talent effects to develop the real economy.
The bureau will create a superior business environment in the northeastern China based on the transformation of Party cadres’ working style. Party cadres will set an example to solve the problems in the transformation of Party cadres’ working style through the campaign and further promote people-benefit projects. They will implement working demands and strictly follow the service system to regulate administrate actions and improve effectiveness and efficiency. They will promote quality of service and change the working style to create a new environment to embrace new power in development so as to realize the target of building the superior business environment in the northeastern China.
