Yesterday, Mayor Tan Chengxu held a discussion with entrepreneurs of the Pearl River Delta region in the delegacy place. He introduced Dalian’s industry orientation, development advantage and investment environment, and listened to entrepreneurs’ investing intention in Dalian. Tan Chengxu hoped that the entrepreneurs can seize more business opportunities in Dalian and share new development opportunity in deepening cooperation.

The symposium was attended by more than 20 entrepreneurs, including Xu Rongmao, Board Chairman of Shimao Group, Li Silian, Chairman of R&F Group, Chen Nanlu, CEO of Hang Lung Group, Yang Tao, Vice President of Shunfeng Express Holdings Co., Ltd., Wang Zhongming, Chairman of Hengda Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group, and Chen Yueming, Manager of Cheung Kong (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Yang Yulong, Deputy Manager of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Co., Ltd., Li Jianli, Chairman of Ke Da Li Industrial Co., Ltd., and Li Qing, General Manager of Landsea Aviation Technology Co., Ltd.. The projects they have involved include headquarters economy, modern logistics, industrial real estate, new energy, and building industrialization.

The sincerity of the delegation moved the entrepreneurs. During the discussion, many entrepreneurs expressed their strong desire to deepen cooperation. Li Xiangqian, chairman of BAK Battery Co., Ltd., said that Dalian's open mind, business environment and sense of responsibility and pragmatic style of its government brings new opportunities to investors. " We will enhance investment in Dalian, strengthen the production scale and develop our enterprise here," said by Li Xiangqian.

At the meeting, some enterprises signed four cooperation agreements with the delegation, including the Dalian SF Express Industrial Park Project, the Health and Tourism Project, the New Energy Power Battery Precision Structural Component Project, and the Aero-engine Cutter Gear Production Line Project.
