Lushunkou District enhances management of quality and safety of precious marine food

Lushsunkou District enhances management of quality and safety of precious marine food, makes relevant implementation plans and establishes a long-term effective management mechanism to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products throughout the district.

 

 

In 2016, Lushunkou District has strengthened the construction of marine ranches and vigorously developed precious marine food. In times of winter, a season for keeping healthy through nutritious food, the market demand is on the rise. In recent days, with the ocean temperature decreasing, it’s time to fish and catch sea cucumber in a large quantity.

 

 

To ensure the quality and safety of sea cucumber, the District Ocean and Fishery Bureau has constantly enhanced the management of enterprises during seedling, cultivation and procession, improved relevant systems to conduct sample inspections and guided these enterprises onto the path of “high quality and high caliber” so as to lay a solid foundation for the sound development of fishery industry throughout the district.
