Lushunkou District carries out the reform in supply-side to increase farmers’ income

Since the 18th National People’s Congress of CPC, Lushunkou District has earnestly carried out each policy and actively promoted the reform in rural areas and agriculture to increase the farmers’ benefits and incomes.

 

 

Lushunkou government issued relevant management methods on compensation for land acquisition to further standardize the capital management and made implementation plans for the reform in state-owned forest farms based on public welfares. The registration of land right throughout the district has nearly come to an end. This year, 30 thousand mu of land in 18 villages has entered the registration stage. The pilot reform in quantization of collective assets stock and in agricultural real right has been gradually deepened. 4 agricultural enterprises newly registered real right, thus making the total number of registered enterprises up to 20 and providing financing channels for agricultural development.  

 

 

1126 projects from 68 administrative villages throughout the district have involved right confirmation of small-sized water conservancy projects with 1103 projects finishing registration, accounting for 98% of the total projects.

 

 

Lushunkou District has further promoted the structural reform in the supply side, downsized the corn area by 4000 mu and subsidized producers of corn and beans by 23 thousand mu with the subsidy up to 5.39 million.
